Japan Railways Group Looking to Take Crypto Payments

Japans largest subway and railway operator, Japan Railways Group (JR Group), is looking to accept crypto payments. During an announcement on ANN news, JR Group have invested in a virtual exchange in collaboration with a telecommunication company and a bank;

JR Group will hopefully integrating the crypto payment onto the Suica card which is mainly used for transport all over Japan. The Suica card was launched in 2001 and its name stands for “Super Urban Intelligent CArd”. This is a super intelligent move, and, will bring crypto to the masses if successful.
