Consensys have announced in a statement, that in collaboration with Halo Holdings and AMD, will look to create a solutions data centre, for emerging blockchain workloads. They will be supporting a variety of workloads and applications for governments, commercial enterprises, and decentralised applications.
The data centre that the three institutions intend to develop will be called W3BCLOUD. W3BCLOUD, as the name suggests, will be a cloud computing blockchain infrastructure that will combine increased transactions with state-of-the-art security.
Joe Lubin the founder of ConsenSys and co-creator of Ethereum (ETH) stated “The combination of hardware and software will power a new infrastructure layer and enable an accelerated proliferation of blockchain technologies.”
