The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), is looking for additional feedback from the public, before the token can join Bitcoin (BTC) in the futures market. Although in June 2018, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), announced that Ethereum (ETH) was not a security the CFTC is still not comfortable with the decision.
